Hey everyone, I just heard about this site on another forum: Crowdspring.com. I've only taken a brief look, but the little I saw seemed to be much different from eLance, etc. in that the "Awards" (project budgets) seem to be more reasonable. I'm interested in hearing about your experience if you've tried it. I'm not looking for any more work right now, but when the time comes that I need it, this could be a nice back-pocket site. I've never found any of them to be productive and haven't gone beyond scanning the listings. I mean really, competing against $1 per hour (or less) bids? Completely unreasonable. Based on the experience of one of my blog buddies, eLance is among the worst because on top of the low-ball baiting, the service itself causes problems.
