Hi Doreen, there are quite a few article directories listed in the VAF
directory (look in 'Virtual Assistant Resources' and the 'Article Directories'...there are quite a few listed there that are specific to business and commerce.
One thing to keep in mind when submitting articles is the more variation in content the better (when you submit exactly duplicate content the search engnines tend to negate them)
Roboform and similar programs fill in fields automatically for you, like passwords, usernames, addresses, etc. and can help save time when submitting large numbers of links and/or other types of online submissions. I've never personally used one (if you have the Google toolbar it will do essentially the same thing to a lesser degree).
Any software that is marketed as an 'automatic' submitter (essentially a spambot for submitting huge numbers of links and articles all at once, where you just fill in the info once and click to submit to hundreds of directories) is not recommended as the receiving directories are usually equipped to immediately deny submissions rec'd in this way. (And again, in terms of articles, it's considered duplicate content.)
