I also want to include grant writing in my mix of offerings. Are there any other grant writers out there? Have you had much response through networking and online marketing?
I did write grants for some non-profits however I no longer so it because they are so much harder to secure and most were on reduced rates of commission only due to the funds available for that sector.
I no longer offer this service as it just did not pay in the long run.
That makes sense. I talked to another grant writer last night and she said that it has been very slow for her, with the exception of a client from out of state. It seems that many non-profits are looking to get more donors.
