Just got this great PDF "13 Ways to Win Customers for Free" by Matt Heinz of Heinz Marketing LLC. Some of the "ways" are retail related but can be easily adapted to virtual businesses as well.

I plan to implement several of them right away - check it out - hope it helps.

Thanks for sharing this! I LOVED all of the tips and already forwarded it on to my mom (who's a realtor) and my friend/client who just opened up her own little store. I hope they enjoy it (and make use of it) as much as I did.

Very nice pdf with many useful tips...some which often come up here on VAF. It's nice to have the tips in one document.

I like the voice mail tip...even though I'd find it a bit too long to state all that he states in the pdf, the idea of giving something for people to do while they wait for your call back is new to me. Clever.
