Good morning all, For those of you that have an LLC, did you include optional provisions in your Articles of Organization? I found this clause on the internet: "The members of the limited liability company shall have no liability for any debt, obligation, or liability of the company." It's just me. I researched some other LLCs in my state, and their articles of organization state no optional provisions. I decided to leave mine as that as well.
