So this are my questions: Do i have to get a business license to run my VA business? I want to register my business as LLC, do i register the business with the state before registering it in the county i live in? I have seen here topics about registering a DBA is these required or optional? This forum is great!! Thank you all for the help!

Go to your state's secretary of state website and it should give you information specific to your state.
