What type of contract are you having them sign? Any public contract samples out there? There are a few threads discussing Errors and Omission Insurance in which case you would purchase that from an insurance agent. Here's a thread you can read. I am in search for a free basic contract or scope of work document that includes NDA info or confidentiality and privacy statement, in which we can use as an agreement with clients. Any thoughts?
