If you search the forums for liability insurance I think you will find a wide range of answers. I had this same question. If you are working virtually there is real no risk of having visitors get hurt, but an example others gave me was if you met at a clients home and accidentally broke something of theirs the insurance would cover you. Also you never know what someone could try to sue you for working virtually , it's always good to try to get some sort of liability insurance.
I believe "liability insurance" is a good word to search for in the forum search box in upper right hand side.
