Hello everyone,

Does anyone know what kind of identification is needed when one gets there federal tax id? or when you file for your LLC?

Have you gone to the LLC application on your site's Dept of Labor website? I'd take a look but I don't know what state you are from.

You should be able to find this out on this site. You can google 'how to register for LLC in state name' and find out there.

I know the Fl Dept of Labor offers a full FAQ of what is needed to apply for the LLC.
