I just registered my business with a DBA which is @eez Business Solutions. When choosing my domain name I will be spelling out "at" so it'll be something like ateezbusinesssolutions.com , my question is do I need to let the business registration office know of that of that slight difference?

As far as I know there is no legal requirement that your domain name match your registered business name. I think most people try to get a domain name as close as possible for branding purposes - it's just easier for people to find you directly if it matches.

Unless your local business agencies require you to maintain a domain that matches your business name - I suppose that could be possible, but I've never heard of anything like that.

You can always check with your Secretary of State just to be sure.
