It's been around for awhile but of course, there are always new people buying domains. My clients know to check with me first when they get domain renewal notices as I am the one that registers the domains for them in the first place (I provide webhosting and domain registrations as part of my service). I thought it best to write that blogpost on my webhosting site to alert others to the dangers of this. And this isn't the only letter, there have been others before them over the past few years. And people will fall for them - they always do.
