I've resurrected a really cool logo I used in a business I attempted many, many years ago. Because the digital age makes it so easy 'access' other people's work, I'm thinking of trademarking it. I've scoured this site, the US Patent & Trademark Office. http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm & it looks like a pretty straight forward process to file online. I'd like to hear from those who have done this. What class of Goods & Services did you file under? Did you file for multiple classes? Do you think it's worth it? Lezly :cool:

I don't worry about my logo being copied but I did have a logo supposedly designed just for me. It was made from a template so I soon found something VERY similar on another VA type website. I am working with a professional designer this time and I'm thrilledwith my new design. I'll post when the new logo goes live.
