Has anyone contact an attorney to get advise? I was talking to a local VA who said she hired an attorney to get everything set up. I was wondering if that was necessary as the expense is quite high.

You can actually set up an LLC in any state. I spoke to the SBA office and they said I can set up an LLC in another state to save on some $$$$

Most of the LLC companies I have dealt with in the midwest have set up their LLC's in Delaware to save on costs.
