When comparing the different legal structures for this business I've read that s-corporation may save taxes in the long run vs. sole prop. and LLC. Has anyone chosen to form an s-corp? Was this advised to you by an attorney? Are you satisfied with the decision?
I honestly don't think I've ever met or chatted with anyone (a VA) who has formed an S corporation. I had to go back and read about it it's been so long since I last researched entity options.
Just out of curiosity, what leads you to consider going with an S corp as opposed to an LLC?
