I was reading this blog post from Right Attitudes, Ideas for Impact called “If You Pay Peanuts, You Get Monkeys”, and it struck a chord with me. The intro the blog spoke on a Manager looking to hire a consultant to do some work, the manager had two consultants to choose from – one just a few years out of college and another with many years experience, the difference between the consultants rates was few hundred dollars per hour.
