I'm doing some research for a client that is proving to be difficult.

She offers Nurture Marketing Services and wants to sell clients a service package and then offer a VA the work for a percentage of the package. In addition, the VA can do all sorts of upselling and there is monthly work to complete, so the VA is adding hours and money.

The VA doesn't pay anything (at least she hasn't mentioned that), but they do need to be trained on how to offer this service. But a VA could potentially have 6-8 clients doing just this type of marketing so everything works out.

Anyhow, she asked me to research and see if there were any programs like this - and I'm stumped to how to search this. Affiliate marketing isn't right, packages isn't right - anyone heard of anything like this?

Thanks!

I've not come across a package which offers a VA with the deal. But that is intriguing. My first thought is that the client would be subcontracting out the work so she would need to build a virtual team.

As for training the VA, well you could first try Craig at VAClassroom http://www.vaclassroom.com/ and see if they have a program that the client could utilize. Craig has been a guest speaker here on VAF and many VAs have taken his programs with much success.

I would suspect that if the client is looking for marketing and sales VAs that the call would go out in an RFP either on Virtualassitantville or here on VAF. Once she has established her team of VAs whose services will be offered with the package, she'll need to do a training program specific to her products.
