I've not come across a package which offers a VA with the deal. But that is intriguing. My first thought is that the client would be subcontracting out the work so she would need to build a virtual team.
As for training the VA, well you could first try Craig at VAClassroom
http://www.vaclassroom.com/ and see if they have a program that the client could utilize. Craig has been a guest speaker here on VAF and many VAs have taken his programs with much success.
I would suspect that if the client is looking for marketing and sales VAs that the call would go out in an RFP either on Virtualassitantville or here on VAF. Once she has established her team of VAs whose services will be offered with the package, she'll need to do a training program specific to her products.
