Default what to look forward to
What would you personally say is the hardest thing to do? Initially starting your business and gaining new clients; or gaining enough clients to keep a steady work flow-not worrying about periods of no-low billable hours.

I vote for initially starting and gaining new clients. I am fortunate that I am getting many referrals from my current ones.

Hi Tia:

For me, I think gaining clients is an important task to accomplish when starting a virtual assistant business. Once you get to the point where you have obtained one or ten clients- the next big task is continuing to market your business to others while still maintaining your clientale.
