Default Three C's of Customer Service
A business’s interaction with their clients and associates is pivotal in maintaining and growing a successful business. Ignoring a client or worse yet, handling a customer service situation badly can put your business in a negative light. As a service oriented entrepreneur - great customer service should be one of the most important components of your business.

This Live Blog Talk Radio episode of A Virtual Perception touches on the three things (The Three C's) that I believe are absolutely important to providing great customer service to your clients.

Also in this episode, news from today's headlines AND hear the finalists of the AVP Co-Host/Hostess with the Mostest contest.

Darlene, I think you did an excellent job! I was wondering is it becoming easier to do Live episodes?

Thank you everyone, it was fun.

Tahneesha to answer your question -- Life in and of itself is a learning experience. Deciding to do a Live Show was a bit of a stretch for me and I knew it would be a challenge. You know what though? As with everything else in life, the more you do it, the easier it gets. It is getting easier for sure.

Thank you for listening. Maybe one of you will call in some time during a live show

You are definitely right! You're a good example of stepping out of your comfort zone a bit and just doing it. Great attitude!
Maybe one of these days I will surprise you with a call into the show
Thanks again Darlene.
