Hello, I have a new Attorney client who would like me to send an introduction letter to clients introducing myself to them on behalf of her office and I was wondering if anyone out there had one they used already?

I would take a welcome letter that you use to introduce your services and revise to say hello im here. This is wonderful because its sort of free advertisement

I think the best way of an introduction letter is to make it simple and concise. Know your client and of course, be creative. I totally agree that its a sort of a free advertisement

Hi, I agree with Alterego...straight, simple and easy to understand the message that you want to convey...

I am also having an issue writing a letter, I generally like to go to the forms section here because there are lots of good examples.

I too have had this challenge and found that there are many amazing resources here free once you have posted enough times - as well as I recommend the eBook if you have not yet purchased that - the very same day I ordered the eBook I wrote out two proposals and both clients signed within two days and that was on a Sunday night! You are in the right place. As far as an introductory letter - I try to find a sample of what I am looking for or thinking of here - or google search it - even check out the samples in MS Office - I have used these and edit them to fit myself and my business. I would love to see what you come up with - and when I can figure out how to post them somewhere other than my site I will pop up some examples of what I use!

Counting down my posts to gain access to the free templates - sound like a really big help for a newbie VA like me.
