One of my newer clients just had a baby and I'm wondering if I should send her a gift. My assistant also just had a baby - should she get one, too? Any thoughts?

Depending upon the relationship you have with the client, perhaps sending a coupon for an hour's worth of your services so she can spend an hour with the new baby might be something useful and memorable.
