He didn't really know what he wanted, and it's been a bit like pulling teeth, but tbh I prefer it, as like the others said, it's all in black in white.

Brandy We actually still wrote up a contract with hours agreed monthly so even though it's volunteering we still have an agreement. I think after the email I sent her she's gotten pretty specific.
