Janice, my website is hosted through Duoservers.com. I only pay $50 per year (about $4.16/month).
They have about 170 templates to choose from, and offers 15000 MB Data Storage, 300 GB Data Transfer, 3 Domains Hosted and numerous free scripts that can be downloaded. And it was easy to learn, you can try it for free here...

PS, I'm not compensated for recommending them, I'm just sharing!

I prefer email from my clients so I have it in 'black and white' when I'm told "I didn't say that!"

When instructions are too vague, I send a reply (w/the original email at the bottom) asking for more detail and specifically asking for a deadline.

Vicki: Thanks for sharing that sounds like a great deal!
Lily: I think that's what I'm leaning toward. It's great to have everything in writing.

[QUOTE=EliteBiz;37821]Thanks Tess! I guess I'll just write my client an email to let her know how to be more specific. She's so vague!! And NEVER gives me deadlines.[QUOTE]

Could it be that she doesn't have deadlines since she knows you are working (aka volunteering) your time? Maybe she doesn't want to take away from any possible work for you. Just a thought.

I'm just doing my first project with a client, and so far it's all been via email. He didn't really know what he wanted, and it's been a bit like pulling teeth, but tbh I prefer it, as like the others said, it's all in black in white.

We actually still wrote up a contract with hours agreed monthly so even though it's volunteering we still have an agreement. I think after the email I sent her she's gotten pretty specific. I'm only working on her monthly newsletters for her now.
