How do you answer your phone in such cases? TIA

One for each client whose phones I'm answering. That way I know which one I'm responding for. You need some kind of system set up so you can identify which phone number is being called and for whom.

I can tell by the number calling in how to answer the phone. --Kathy

Other clients just have people call me on my own number. It helps as the clients calls will have a unique ring as calls come in.

I know people want this service but then I would feel I was chained to my desk and that is something that I don't want AT ALL. It's a favour for my very first client. Anyway, I digress. My point is, I have a separate ring tone for his phone to differentiate it from my phone.
