RSS can be setup to only be threaded by people who have access and I think it could raise all of our involvement if we could watch RSS for help topics or topics of interest. I'd like to see RSS for the whole site and individual categories as well.

Virtual Assistant Forums does have an RSS feed - quickest way to get it is to open the site in Firefox and you'll be able to grab the RSS feed directly.
Some sections do not offer RSS for various reasons, privacy namely. But certainly for the most part it is available.
