I see everyone posting that they have read and understand or agree to the terms...I'm going to do it too, but did the terms say this had to be done? I looked a few times.

Just making sure I didn't miss anything somewhere and I want to make sure I am doing the right things

Good Afternoon, I thought I understood these rules, I am confused, what signature? I don't sign anything. I don't blog, twit, and very rarely on facebook. Can someone please explain.
