Terms of service reminder keeps popping up after login

Am I doing something wrong? This (the forum rules) keeps popping up whenever I have to sign back into the forum.

Hi Wendy, your post was moved from the TOS thread here as it's really better asked as it's own question.

If the popup asking you to read the rules thread pops up each time you log in, it's a cookies issue - check the info at this link for how to clear your cookies. Look for instructions for your specific browser.

Feel free to post back if you're still having issues after following the instructions.

Thanks so much for your help. I took your advice and did both Google Chrome and IE9 (just to be on the safe side) and everything seems to be working much better.
