It sounds like everything should be OK based on what you've done to set up your subscriptions.
To double check, click 'SETTINGS' in the main menu. Then, on the next page, choose 'Options' from the menu down the left.
On the following page, you'll see a section 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' that will allow you to mange how often you receive email notification for the threads you are subscribed to.
We do send a lot of email and so it might be that your email client or even your ISP have flagged our emails as spam. Visit
this thread for information regarding adding VAF to your email client safe-senders list. If that still doesn't solve the problem, you might want to ask your ISP to check that email from the VAF domain is being allowed through.
