Re: tagging a post - subscribing to threads on VAF

I wasn't sure where to post this question. I tried looking for an answer before doing so. But, here goes. Is there any way to tag a post that contains information I would like to save and refer back to at a later time? Like "you tagged posts". There is so information available, that I sometimes lose the post I would like to hold for further review.

Hi Wendy, you posted in just the right spot

There are a few ways you can keep track of your favorite threads here on VAF:

1. you can favorite/bookmark threads in your browser, perhaps create a VAF folder and keep them all there

2. You can use the 'thread tools' option to subscribe to a thread. This will give you the option of receiving email notification each time there is a new post to a thread you are interested in. There is also an option to subscribe to the thread and NOT rec'v email notification of updates.

You'll find the 'thread tools' option in the top right of each thread - here's a picture of what you're looking for:



(look for this in your post above as an example)

Once you've subscribed to a thread, you can manage your subscriptions by clicking the 'SETTINGS' link in the main menu. There you can unsubscribe from threads or change your preferences.
