Question about New Signature Guidelines and Contact Information

I'm happy to comply with the new TOS but I'm a little confused about contact information.

The link in my signature to my web site is a way to contact me. Does it count as contact information, or is that ban limited to telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses?

No, of course you can link to your website. This is limited to email, phone, cel, fax, address, etc.
