New Member Needs Help with Settings

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and was trying to change my profile photo. I changed the size to be 100 x 100, but I get an error message saying the file did not upload. Is there a secret to getting your photo to upload?

Hello Reynetta,

Your picture is listed on your profile page. If you want it to show up on your posts. Go to Settings and Edit Avatar, scroll down to custom avatar, upload your photo and it will show up in your posts. I hope that helps.

I am having the same problem. I try to update a photo or an avatar and get an error message every time that the upload failed. Is there a specific file type that the photo needs to be? The size is right. Any help would be appreciated.

Well now, look at that. It told me the upload failed and there's my logo on the post. Sorry for the mixup.
