Post My VA Forum Reminders shown as SPAM
Hi everyone!

I have been receiving reminders with no problem for the forums I am subscribed to. Just recently, they are still coming through, but has the word "SPAM" before the title. Is this because I don't go directly to the forum from my email? Has anyone else experienced this? I will also contact At&T as the setup of my business email is slightly different from my personal.

Thanks so much for your help.

Sheila

The funny thing with my emails is that some go into the Spam filter and others come directly in the inbox! Isn't that even weirder???

Hi there, the spam issue isn't because of the way you interact with the emails we send - it's something we will look into but is par for the course with big websites like this.

One thing you can do is add the domain virtualassistantforums.com to your whitelist/safe receipt.

In the meantime, we'll look further into it - it's great to know that this is happening so we can try to take care of it - but if you would please PM me with the name of your ISP (internet service provider) and which email client/program you're using to rec'v our emails that will help us in determining where the problem originates.

Thanks so much!

Hi Tess,

Thanks so much. I will PM it right away. Okay, I need to find my whitelist/safe receipt. I will go into internet options.

Sincerely,
