Exclamation How to: post new threads, post replies to threads
Posting new threads and/or replying to existing threads is pretty easy once you know what buttons to look for on the site. You do need 25 posts to access and post to some sections of the forums, but the majority of our forum sections are open to all registered users. You will eventually gain access to all forum sections through simply participating on the boards.

How to CREATE A NEW THREAD: Let's start by creating a new member introduction thread. Start by opening the Member Introduction section and clicking the 'new thread' button at the top right of the list of threads (see image below). Then just write your thread title and content, then submit your thread - voila

How to REPLY TO AN EXISTING THREAD: You can reply to an existing thread in much the same way - just look for the 'new reply' link at the top and bottom of the thread itself (either one will do the trick, see image below) - fill in your reply, hit 'submit' and voila, you've posted to an existing thread! Give it a try - go to the Member Introduction section, find another new member's thread, click on it to open it, and then click 'new reply' - write them a quick little welcome note and submit your post - you're all set!

Finding conversations on the boards you have comments, questions, or other information to add to, introducing yourself, and greeting other new members are great ways to contribute to the community AND gain your 25 posts for access to the special features on the boards. Just be sure to follow the Community Terms of Service when posting.

The instructions provided above will work in all forum sections the same way.

Happy posting and welcome to the forums!
