Hi, just a quick question. I uploaded a photo on the site, it shows when you view my profile, but when I post (in the social WAHM page in particular) it has the question mark. Any suggestions??

I had exactly the same problem! You need to go to your Profile - Customise my Profile - Edit Avatar.
