I've been a member of the Virtual Assistant Forums for about 2 1/2 months now and I haven't felt the need to join another one yet and doubt that I'll ever get to that point. Everyone here is so wonderful and has done a lot to get me moving in the right direction towards starting my own business. Tess, you amaze me! I've never seen such an involved forum administrator/founder (not sure what you're called...lol). You're constantly making improvements, going over and above with workshops and other things and, best of all, asking us what we want as members. I spent several months researching the VA industry for information to help me launch my own VA business. Coming across the VA Forums made a huge difference. Its like "one-stop shopping" for everything VA-related. I can find everything I need, get advice from seasoned VAs and find other who are just starting out like me.

But the best part about VA Forums is the social interaction. One of the drawbacks from working at home is that you don't have much social contact. But if your VA website is your online office then the VA Forums is like having an online breakroom where you can chat with co-workers, get help on a project, even talk about your plans for the weekend.

Finding the VA forums is one of the best things that happened to my business and to my future career as a Virtual Assistant.

Still, I almost always make it, because it's the cradle of this VA business for me, I came here eight months ago and have grown so much since - and at every step I've felt encouraged by this community of good people.
