Hi Cynthia, thank you for your purchase, so sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with receiving the download links for the eBook.

There are a few reasons why you might not have received the email with links yet - if you paid by eCheck, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to clear, at which point our system would automatically send the email at that time.

Or, it's possible the email landed in your junk folder, have you checked there?

In any case, our system is completely automated - the email with download links goes out immediately upon receipt of a cleared payment.

If you know that you did not pay with an eCheck and you do not see the email in your junk email folder, please feel free to use the CONTACT link at the bottom of the site to let us know and we'll gladly send you another eBook kit.

Please be sure to include your PayPal email address and transaction ID.
