I'm having trouble finding some of the worksheets mentioned in the ebook. Example: Success Plan Worksheet. Can you point in the right direction?

All of the worksheets can be found in the additional zip folder entitled '22 worksheets..... etc.' It was packaged along with the eBook (inside the same zip folder) but zipped separately.

I must have missed that folder and inadvertently deleted it. Anyway to have that resent to me?

Hi,
I just purchased the eBook, but had a problem with an expired WinZip version when clicking the download button.
I have installed a new WinZip version now, but when I click on the download button, it says that I have already downloaded it. Which I actually haven't, because of this problem.
Any idea what I can do now??
I would really appreciate your help on this.
