Wow so excited when I saw this thread posting...
Everyone has such wonderful information and defined "niches" (did I spell that right (lol)
I believe my niche will be to work with
Wedding Planners & Childcare Provider businesses and helping with their initial administrative start up plan. I have a passion/love for Wedding planning, I am addicted to every wedding show that comes on television. I also have a friend who just opened her Day Care business and is so overwhelmed with the administrative part of it, she is soliciting my help with her business (which will hopefully lead to more referrals from other childcare providers in her network circle).
(May need to however outsource the higher levels of bookkeeping to some of my wonderful VA's here on the forum, because that is not my niche)
I would like to take the stresses away from new business owners by helping them overcome the obstacles I encourntered when starting my businesss and make the process flow a little easier for them by providing the desktop mgmt, calendar, voicemail and email mgmt, creating professinal documents, registrations and tax info, etc, etc... yea..all the perils I faced when starting up.
