Here is alittle about my background. I currently work in Human Resources at a medical facility and at night I am taking classes to get my degree as a paralegal. Before I went into Human Resources I was doing medical billing, payroll and accounts payable. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Stephanie

That, IMO, is always the most important thing to look at. You may need to brainstorm it for a bit to narrow it down. Have a list of whatever drives you. Passion drives us and keep us going, even if times get tough. Your passion will shine to customers without you needing to say a word. It's everything.
