I use IX WebHosting for my web site. They have a wide variety of templates to help you get your site going quickly. You can also use web site design programs to input your web site (FrontPage, etc.). They also have pages for blogging, keywords, surveys, etc. My favorite thing is that I can have 3 domains for the price of 1, all with their own web pages and keywords. It's very easy to change the HTML codes (even if you don't know it) or change what wording is used on the tags.

So depending on what you want, willing to pay, and what you actually will use will help you determine the web hosting site you want.

I use Yahoo! as a hosting and website builder. The cost is very reasonable at about $10/month (1st 3 months up front).

I use Google Sites for my site and love it for the easy functionality, but I've reviewed Microsoft Office Live Small Business as well and am very impressed by the ability to have so many applications housed in one spot (website templates, email marketing, document sharing with client, project management tools, contact management system).

Does anyone use SiteBuildIt.com or know anything about this hosting site?

I have been with Host Gator about 6 months now. In the beginning I had a lot of questions. Each time I called support or chatted, or sent a email I received good service. I would recommend them to anyone. They even have monthly payments. So you can try them out for a month or two and if you don't like them there is no contract. I have my domain with someone else because I don't like to keep both at the same provider. I did a lot of research before I chose Host Gator also. HTH

I use Yahoo and have been happy with it. I thought their SiteBuilder was great. I didn't use a template for mine, I just started with a black background and brought in my own design elements. I love not having to know HTML in order to create my own site.

I like Lunarpages. Great rates, ($4.99/mth) fast tech support, minimal down time. 6 years-no problems.

I use Microsoft Office Live, it's really easy to set up. They have 24-hour tech support and you don't pay for anything until the end of the year. It's about $15.00 annually. I love it.

I use HostPapa for my webhost, it's similar to GoDaddy - but 100% Canadian and run by Green Energy - which for me, feels good.

I have imported wordpress.org for my blog, and use the built-in Soholaunch interface for templates (they could be better).
