Default Has anyone used HostMonster?
I am looking for a hosting company for my website. I have done search after search trying to figure this out but it just makes things worse! Here is my issue, I am learning about coding and all that website jazz but have a very basic understanding right now. I need a host that will grow with me, giving me options for templates I can tweek to be personal and eventionally allowing me to build my own site. Host Monster has been ranked high on a couple of review sites...Does anyone use this host, good, bad, indifferent?
Thanks!

Re: Has anyone used HostMonster?
I have used HostMonster now for over a year and can say with enthusiasm, it's the best I have ever used. I have several sub-domains I host. Their service has been exceptional and the cost is nominal. Their services are everywhere from simple to very very robust. I have full access to my site and currently am running a database on there. They also have many other features (shopping cart, blog software, web templates, etc) that I haven't really used.

Also, I believe their current offering is for $5.95/mo with pretty much unlimited use. One of the great features I use for email is the spam filtering for an extra $1 per month per email. I have that on my most important email addresses (that also get spammed a lot).

I have a client who uses Host Monster. I personally use IX Web Hosting. They are both very similar and easy to use and manuever around in.

I use HostMonster for my own hosting and I love it! I would definitely recommend this company when someone needs hosting service.

I have recently signed up for Host Monster. I am still trying to figure out how to create/ download my webpages.

Price was very reasonable and it was recommended to me by a friend.
