I have a client who I do some design services for. She has Lunar and loves them. The Control panel is feature rich and gives you just what everyone else does. I believe they are based in the UK.
She is kind of picky and she has been with them for years!
I have my domain hosted with Lunarpages - not sure if that is the same as you asking - but they are OK. Have all the usual features, price is competitive, service is acceptable, they have forums and help tutorials also.
Does anyone host with Lunar?
