Re: Deciding on who to host with
Good Morning All,
I recently took a leap of faith and starting using GoDaddy for hosting. I have used another hosting company for years so making the jump to GoDaddy is a big move for me.
I find their website completely intimidating -- they offer so many products and services. They always try to upsell when you purchase so I make sure I only buy what I need. I've had a hard time getting used to their website and hosting control panel, but I'm hoping to get control over it with some more practice.
Now for the good stuff... Yesterday I experienced a hosting problem. I submitted a help ticket and had an email response within a few hours. They answered my question perfectly, but after following the steps they provided, I realized I still had a problem with my hosting. I called their customer service line today, was put on hold for about 5 minutes, and spoke with a very helpful CS rep. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed in under 10 minutes. I have to wait 24 hours for the change to take place on their servers, but I'm confident that everything should be working well in the morning.
Hope this info helps!
Jill
