Hi

I've used them in the past for a different venture and not had any problems with them at all.

I have used them before and their service is good, but they have their own back end and handle things differently than other services, such as Hostgator, Bluehost etc. It's my preference to use a hosting service that supports cPanel.

The one thing I have experienced is that their customer service can be a bit slow in responding.

I have used 1and1 and not really had any problems with them other than I lost my debit card and went in to update my new information and they didnt bill the new card they just shut my sites down. Customer service by email etc is pretty slow but its fairly fast by phone. Hope this helps.

I've been with 1&1 for little over 1 year now. For the price I think they offer a great pkg. I use their site to train clients how to build a simple website. I always receive prompt customer service from them via phone.
