I'm not sure if it would work for you, but I would stop asking questions (Do you, would you ...). Tell them, instead.

You spend too much time with -----!
You need help, but dont' have space.
Reduce your overhead/expenses .....
For less than the cost of a plumber .... (inside joke)

You get the picture.

Focus on what you can give them -- for example a FREE CONSULTATION! The words "free" or "save" usually catch the reader's attention and teases them enough so they flip the postcard over to read more. The back side of the postcard can list some quick bullet points and your contact information.

I love postcard campaigns, but I avoid making the front wordy. I usually use a logo or a great high-resolution image with a catchy phrase.

I saw another post on the forum where a VA used her business card as the return addess and encouraged clients/potential clients to cut it out and save for later reference -- great idea.

Good luck!

BevukVa,

I think the post card is great; you will certainly capture a potential client's attention. I took a look at your website also and love it. However, I see a slight problem with one of the sentences (Would you like to reduce your business expenditure by only paying for the help you need it?) shouldn't it read (help you needed or when you need it?)? I'm from the US so maybe we have a different way of saying things here but double check before printing. Your thoughts are great and Robin Ann has some great input also.

Good luck and let us know the feedback from potential clients.

Margaret

Thanks Jill, funnily I did have the word Save in my text somewhere but decided not to go with it, but will definitely add free consultation some where in my text.

Thanks Margaret for pointing out the mistake. Will let you know of any feedback I get.

Here is the back of my postcard w/the business card printed on it:

As you can see, the bc takes up the bulk of the room as I use a 1/4 page postcard.

I think it is good, just make sure you research who you will be sending it to (target market) and fix this little typo
