Thanks Lily! I thought they were cool.

Since that time, I've heard some marketing advice & offering some kind of a deal on your cards will increase the likeliness of success. I didn't offer a deal on my cards.

I too am working full time right now, at least until May. I was also planning on sending out postcards, but haven't yet. It's funny, because my boss just asked me to look into the cost of sending out postcards for his business, so I will actually be paid for my time investigating marketing for my business, because when I get all the info for him, I will know the ins and outs of it and all cost involved, then I can use that info to send out my own postcards. Sometimes life just offers these little bonuses....lol.

I like the 3 postcard sending out as well. I am going to try that. I have sent out postcards before but a lot of the addresses were bad and they were returned. I just sent out a new batch of cards and will send out another batch shortly as a followup.

Nice blog post Birdie...short, sweet and to the point. I've been agonizing over starting a blog for months (not knowing what to write about)...I guess I'm over-thinking it. Thanks for your insight on the quality of Vista Print, it is true that you get what you pay for in this instance.

Ummm... Jana, it's BRIDIE not BIRDIE. And yes, I agree that it was an excellent blog post.

lol

Thanks for the feedback. And yes, it's easy to over-think blogging, especially when you're first starting out (been there, done that!).
