Default Postcard follow up...
I am very proud to say that I paid a friend to screen/call a list of 50 real estate agents for me last week. All 50 were in my target market of Phoenix, AZ and her job was to confirm the agent still worked in that office and that we had a correct address. We ended up with about 43 valid names and sent out postcards today. I know it takes about 2 days for stuff to get to Phoenix from here so here's my plan. I want to do follow up calls on either Friday or Monday. Is this too soon? Also, what would one say during a follow up call? Should I call them myself or is it ok for my "assistant" to call again? Any opinions?

On a side note, two of the agents on the list asked for my website right during the phone call. Very exciting!

Ooohhh Jenifer, what a good idea. Would you be willing to share what your postcard said on it, or at least the "guts" of the idea?

Ask them if they received the postcard. If they have not, tell them a gist of what it consisted of. If they did, ask them if you can schedule time to speak with them about their specific needs.

ok, the front says:

Need More time?

If you have found that traditional staffing solutions don't work for you...

A Virtual Assistant may be just what you need.

Back side has my website and then this from my website:

Running a business can mean juggling an overwhelming number of tasks. Blog updates, data entry, and office management can be time consuming necessities, often leaving businesses with little or no time by the end of the day. ASG's professional Virtual Assistant can help lift the workload, freeing up valuable time for your business.

I hand addressed each one last night too so it had that personal touch.

Forgot to mention that it has a large hour glass on the front to go with the "need more time"

Nice job, Jenifer. Tamika's response is great. I would add that if they decline, ask them who they know that may benefit from your services.
