I'm getting ready to work on my first post card campaign and my target audience are non-profit organizations. Does any one have some ideas on incentives to offer these organizations?

I always just use a '20% off for all new clients on X, Y, or Z services' or '20% off your first invoice' or similar - a good, general discount I've found is the best draw.

Have you decided what you'll offer as an incentive yet?

HI,
At the moment I'm doing 10% off all invoices til end December 2009. Although now, since I've sent off the cards, our family christmas has changed and therefore I'm closing for the holiday season on the 23rd.

I'm planning on extending the offer and offering it til the end of January 2010.

I've only just sent them off (on Friday!) and am going to extend the offer on the 7th December... and, when I move (in the new year), I hope to do a "opening offer" for all businesses in Northern Ireland" giving 10% off your first invoice (all my other clients in England will be charged full price)....

Thanks so much for the advice, I have been working on getting my business launched and the idea of offering some sort of discount as an"Open for Business" sounds good, especially in today's economy where all businesses are feeling the impact.

Is there something you could give them like a list of resources, that you have put together. Since your target is Not For Profit Groups you could tailor your list for that group.
