I do some special software services in my niche that produce an informational report my clients don't have the time to create from scratch

Most of my clients are in need of business support and/or bilingual (french) VA services. My English-speaking clients need help in proofreading, copywritting and prospection. My French clients comes to me because they wish to delegate some internet marketing activities or outsource some tasks such as Powerpoint presentation, data entry, etc.

One of the biggest demands is QuickBooks, Data-Entry and Filing/Scanning. Because most offices have down-sized, these tasks are often neglected and need some help with organizing for a week or so.

I also get asked to do many Professional PowerPoint Presentations for salespeople

I am more of an "old-school" VA and am not educated enough in Social Media Marketing to offer these skills in my services. Where would I go to learn about such services? I certainly am familiar with each of the venues for social media marketing, I'm curious what types of projects people receive for doing such work?

I am a paralegal as well as a VA and my most in-demand services are related to producing real estate related documents and for personal bankruptcy. I still handle contact management, reports and billing and invoicing on a regular basis as well.
