What do clients typically outsource to you?

I think that depends on the skills involved. I provide bookkeeping services, but there are VAs that do all kinds of office work - transcription, data entry, web design, etc. I'm afraid there isn't a 'pat' answer for this question...

Blogging and using Wordpress. That seems to be where I spend most of my time.

My clients are mostly calendar and client management. I also so project management and occassional bookkeeping. It all depends on your niche and what services your clients need.

It depends on the client's type of business.

I blog alot for one client but that involves alot of preparation, reading, discussion, etc. before it comes to writing.

I also have a real estate client so I work on her virtual tours, writing property descriptions, ad work, maintain a few websites and realtor.com updates. She's a busy agent even in this market so there is listing work nearly every week.

I'd like to work more on newsletters, blogging, press releases, social networking and article writing. I think that is direction I'm going in. I digress.

What real estate software do you use with your real estate agent client? I'm trying to niche in that area. I'm a licensed real estate salesperson but don't have the experience as I got the license and haven't done anything with it yet.

For me:

- Realtors: listing maintenance, online marketing of listings, feedback follow up, etc. One of them also has me maintain her personal group's business website.

- Contractors: online bid package maintenance (basically FTP management & updating of webpages).

So I guess website "maintenance" is the main task right now even though I have clients from different industries.
