Hi there everyone!

As I am new to the VA world, I do not want to bog myself down with services that are all over the place. So my question is, when you started did you start with alot of services or minimal? Maybe you could suggest some services that seem to be popular. Thanks all!

I made a list of everything I COULD do, marked out the stuff i HATE, and then focused on what I really enjoyed doing. Next, I looked at what was left and bunched it all together by type.

I am primarily a bookkeeper, but offer basic office services as well.

I'm doing most all items that I have experience doing. There really.isn't anything I don't like to do in my services list, so I'm offering it all as to not turn away potential clients who may be looking for something I know how to do, but wasn't offering it.
It may also depend on if you have a niche or are going to be doing general admin work.
Im curious to see how others respond! Did they start with just a few services to get their feet wet, or offer all they know.

Everything I can and will do. On my home page (well, when my dear husband is finished with coding my design up) I have 6 major services: call handling, appointments/bookings, billing management, events management, resource research and on-site office support (and a link at the bottom to view all services so the potential client won't be put off if he has other requirements), whereas the services page is split into categories and details more services such as audio transcriptions, typing, telephone interviews, copywriting, business correspondence, minute taking, etc.

Start by promoting the top five things you love to do. Make note of other admini services as requested. I love the suggetion Office Goddess made about crossing things off.

I am also starting with services that I have experience with such as Transcription. I have a legal and medical background, so I can do pretty much do anything requested.
