Default Services I'm considering
I'm still setting up my business. Here's the list of services I want to offer:

Working with authors (writing, editing, proofreading)
Translation (English/Spanish)
Project Management
Travel and Event Planning
Website Maintenance
Internet Research

I'm also experienced with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) but that requires very specialized software. I'm not sure there's a market for that kind of thing as a VA.

I've worked for years as land use planner, so I'm thinking of including land use attorneys in the potential clients I contact. One thing I'll definitely add to the list is Land Development Feasibility Studies. I can't do that until I'm freelancing. Right now that's one of the things I do for my employer, and it would be unethical to compete with him while he's paying me a salary.

Brianwa, I'm not sure exactly what your question is... One thing though, you might want to just stick with one thread instead of starting a new one. I think you've posted this at least one or two times before. Multiple threads on the same topic just gets kind of confusing IMO.

Brian,
It sounds like a good marketable list of services. Maybe consider fleshing them out a bit more (like on your website) so that people can easily see just all the things you can do for them...like more examples of what's included in each type of service. You can also play up that while you do more specialized services such as the Land Feasibility studies, that you could do other things for that same client that would help out with their over all project (I'm not sure what else might come with a Feasibility study...)
